ULTRASOUND SERVICES

Minnie Hamilton Radiology Department offers Ultrasound services Monday through Friday. The exams are performed by Diana Austin, who holds a BS in Diagnostic Imaging and is lecensed by ARPMS and AART.

A wide range of Ultrasound exams are offered, including Abdominal, Pelvic, Adult Echocardiogram, Carotid and Leg Venous Dopplers. Most studies can be digitally sent to a radiologist for review.  This provides the physician a timely result in an emergent situation and a quick turn around time for scheduled exams.  Ultrasound exams are painless and do not require the patient to be exposed to ionizing radiation.
